The terms and conditions regarding using Ray of Hope Foundation website (www.therayofhopefoundation.org) are mentioned below.

1. If donor feels that, he/she made an error in donation amount/purpose or any other parameter, kindly let Ray of Hope Foundation know about such error as early as possible by emailing details at contact@therayofhopefoundation.org. We shall rectify any such parameter requested by you whenever possible.

2. If you wish to cancel the donation, kindly let us know within 24 hours. We shall refund your donation.

3. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the Donation.

4. Please note that the refund will be done based on the current Rupees.

5. Our Online Payment Gateway accepts payment only in Indian Rupees.

6. The decision of refund shall be of trustees whether they want to refund the amount or not.
