Mr Naveen Musku (Father of Child) work housekeeping. His wife Mrs. Laxmi Musku is house wife. As his income is less he is unable to manage his son's medical treatment cost. His Son of diagnosed with mixed phenotype acute leukaemia - a type of life threatening blood cancer and he is currently taking induction chemotherapy treatment under my care Yashoda Hospital, Hitec City, Kothaguda, Hyderabad.

This is to state that Master Nikhilesh Musku, 10 years boy is diagnosed with mixed phenotype acute leukaemia -a type of life threatening blood cancer and he is currently taking induction chemotherapy treatment under my care Yashoda Hospital, Hitec City, Kothaguda, Hyderabad. He will need four months of chemotherapy followed by Allogeneic stem cell transplantation. The approximate cost for the same will be around INR 40 Lacs which may extend further in case of unforeseen complications. Hence certified and it is here by requested to please do the needful.
